Rent A Christmas Tree
For many eco friendly minded people the idea of having a real tree at Christmas is not a good idea, but fortunately the folks over at the San Francisco Environment Department have come up with a cool idea, why not rent a tree from them!
This means that no tree will be cut down and you get to have a great looking real tree for the holidays and when they are over the tree simply goes back where it will be planted in a neighbourhood in San Francisco.
This will cost $90; there are four different types of tree to choose from and at the end of the holiday period, it will be picked up from your address.
