Retail Packaging Made Simple

For most manufacturers today, it is obvious that wiser decision-making as to how they approach product packaging is a need. With soaring prices and growing garbage issues, the best way to deal with the two problems is finding the right packaging solution for their products according to retail purchases.
Normally we would see multiple packaging in some products. Cereal for example makes use of foil or wax bagging aside from the outer carton that serves as the actual package presentation. Some companies have gone as far as eliminating and making packaging simpler, something that customers are sure to appreciate considering they are not that fond of needing to open the box and the contents on the bag inside.
Due to the soaring prices of raw materials, retailers are trying to cut costs with measures to reduce packaging, such as simplifying plastic wrapping and abandoning the use of polystyrene trays.
Retailers also hope that this new positive attitude toward garbage reduction will appeal to eco-conscious consumers and thereby boost sales.
