Save The Earth At Work, Use Rechargeable Batteries
According to rechargeable battery makers Uniross, rechargeable batteries have 32 times less impact on the environment and use less than 1/23rd the natural resources of their disposable counterparts.
This quote was taken from an article entitled Top 10 Ways To NOT Screw Up Earth At Work, and it featured tips on things you can do at the office are more energy efficient and less wasteful.
With batteries powering up a bevy of items everything from calculators to wall clocks, and lots more. It makes financial and earth sense to use rechargeable batteries. They cost abit more, but are paid for in no time. Plus its a bonus not having to go out and get batteries every time they run out.
Try Kodak, they have a nice selection and are available at most retailers, including Walgreens and CVS.
