It's funny to re-read that post from a few months ago. Since then, we've replaced all of our bulbs with CF and in the past month witnessed the savings in our bill. It's amazing. Also, last night we switched to a green ESCO, so that will be something to watch develop for us. From our small apartment, the most effective things we can do is hope to influence others.
