Kids Now Have Soy Crayons in Colors
It is not really surprising why we may hear that kids are using eco-friendly crayons to color their favorite coloring books or drawings today. Apparently, eco-friendly items in the form of the usual crayolas is not a hard transition. But using soy as a base for making them? Seriously, it will not make much of an impact although the use of soy to color is really something anyone would give a thought.
But one good thing we can expect from these “eco-friendly” crayons is that not only are we properly choosing the right resources but also safeguarding our kids from health issues. Old crayons have their share of toxic substances. Consumption is not their main thing but sometimes you may see them biting colors for some reason or another.
Making crayons from soy wax has environmental benefits because soy is a renewable resource and decomposes more quickly than paraffin wax.
