Tasty Vegan and Wheat-Free Cookies
I found a new cookie shop that makes a select variety of cookies, including wheat free and dairy free cookies. It is Indigo Rabbit, yes i know, a wacky name for a cookie shop.
But don’t let the name fool you, these are premium and rich cookies, made with choice ingredients and scrumptious flavors. Such as their Chocolate Pillows, when i think of this one, i immediately think of soft, tender and moist chocolately gooey cookies. “A slightly cakey, brownie-like bite” that is how Indigo Rabbit describes the dairy-free Chocolate Pillow. Yum!
One of the cool things about these cookies, is that they secretly embed a variety of veggies into their cookies. So not only are these cookies tasty they are good for you, too. Also they cater to those who suffer from various food allergies such as wheat, nuts, or dairy. What? You say you’re vegan? They got you covered, too. I notice they carry a vegan cookie, chewy and lemony delight Lemon Chewies.
