No it is not a squash, but if you follow a the first image you will see that if you crack the egg shell and take the top off, add a little drop of water, put it onto the a nice sunny window seal, and in a few weeks there will be an abundance of the herb of your choice, in case it is basil, but there are other available like parsley and thyme.
