The Reusable Notepad

by David Allen on Tuesday, January 20th, 2009

When you think about it, Post It Notes and other note pads do create a whole lot of waste paper, which is never a good thing even though paper is easily recyclable to produce it uses a lot of wood and water.

However this idea from Yoyo Ceramics could prevent all of that waste, the Plain Jotter is made from ceramic which can be written on with special pencils that come in either red, blue, green or black and once the message has been seen then it can be simply wiped off, ready to start again.

Priced at $35

  • This reminds me of the news papers that Fred Flintstone would get. Great for taking phone numbers and such.
  • Great idea to save on paper and still be used to write things down. Normally when people write things down, they are only temporary anyways.
