The Threat of Nuclear Weapons to the World Part 2
Without the raw materials to make a nuclear bomb and start a nuclear scare, man can be relieved of any impending threat. Today, it is apparent that most of the nuclear problems have been concentrated on countries that are out to threaten the United States but as Joe Circincione stated in this video, unless they are able to get their hands on these weapons, chances are destruction may yet depend at the hands of man and how he values the overall environment, both for security and ecological means of living.
