The ultimate recycled jacket
When designer Martin Margiela thought of stiching a few pairs of gloves together, I imagine that he never envisaged that it would lead to this, or maybe he did, whatever the original ideal, this jacket is super cool.
It reminds me of something that would appear in some sci fi film, preferably a dark story of survial, they the satrs would need these coats in order to survive.
Mind you when I say that Martin Margiela has worked with Jean Paul Gaultier, then you will realise the odd the concept of clothing, it is said that it took him around 103 hours to put this jacket together, and there is a price tag of around $15,124 for it.
All I can say is, “Give the man a hand!”
