These are very green shoes indeed
Anni Rapinoja Taidekoulutus, is a designer from Finland, her designs make use of natural materials, such as leaves and other green material.
In this case the shoes have been made from the leaves of the Cowberry plant, a small evergreen plant that climbs up tress and hedges. But she uses any material that can be utilized in this manner, to produce some really spectacular items of clothing and footwear.
Her idea is to show that there is still a connection between humans and nature.
