Vegetarian Cookery School Based Linda McCartney’s Recipes

Cordon Vert is a cookery school launched by the Vegetarian Society and they have created a new course based on the recipes from one of Linda McCartney’s books the “Linda McCartney’s On Tour cookbook”.

Both Paul and Linda McCartney became patrons of the Vegetarian Society way back in 1995. They are pleased to state that Paul McCartney has given the thumbs for this new course that will show students how to cook Linda McCartney’s ideas like: Linda’s Tomato Soup, Wasabi Pea Fritters, Savoury Mille Feuilles, Italian Artichoke Pie with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Pine Nuts, Baby Spinach and Rocket Salad followed by Pecan, Pistachio, Dried Berry and Lemon Macaroons.
