Vegetarian SummerFest 2008 Coming
“The event vegetarians look forward to all year”, that is a quote from organizers of the 34th Annual Conference of the North American Vegetarian Society, Vegetarian SummerFest.
Vegetarian SummerFest takes place this year, on June 18 through the 22nd, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania at the University of Pittsburgh. Some of the fest highlights include:
- International Vegan Chef – Ken Bergeron prepares natural vegan meals
- Educational sessions on animal rights, cooking, fitness, health, nutrition, and compassionate living
- Impressive list of expert speakers, including Debra Wasserman founder of VRG, Vegetarian Resource Group
- Music, games, and dancing for all ages
- Kinship with like-minded people
The 34th Annual Vegetarian SummerFest takes place this June 18 in Johnstown, PA. I won’t be attending, but for those who are, Enjoy!
