Water Powers The H20 Calculator

by Missy on Tuesday, September 9th, 2008

Are you looking for a calculator that is low maintenance and powered by a renewable resource such as water. One that you only have to worry about every 3 months, as far as power source?

Then take a look at the H20 Calculator. This is a desktop calculator which is powered by a small water enabled battery. You simply add a few drops of water to the battery cell and it will remain juiced up for about a good 3 months. This is better than Solar as it doesn’t rely on any special light.

I found the H20 Calculator at three different online shops. If you’re located in the UK, there is one listed at Big Green Smile.com, and if you like paying full price then head on over to Solutions, if you’re a fan of Amazon, they have one listed for $19.99

For a replacement water battery, Big Green Smile stocks these as well.

  • Is the battery expensive?
  • Hi, Susan: The battery is not expensive. I believe it retails for about $6 online, in various shops.
