Why Not Use a Recycled Tent?

Tents have, for some time, been used to make other items such as bags, covers and even coats.  But what about the other way around? It never seems to happen, until now that is.

In 2009, there will be two companies introducing tents made from recycled materials. Nemo’s OZ , which is almost entirely made from recycled materials and the use of sustainable bamboo poles, and Big Agnes, whose offering will be The Salt Creek, another tent virtually made from 100% recycled materials are the new exciting products coming to the market soon!
