These beautiful rings are made from wood and silver, they blend perfectly making a great combination of metal and oft red wood.

MATERIALS USED:

SATINE RUBANE WOOD

(model 01 to 17 and model 22 to 33)

TYPE: Laminated Hardwood.

BOTANICAL NAME: Brosimum Rubescens of the family Moraceae.

DURABILITY: Mechanically very durable.

COLOR: Deep rich red, with a golden lustre, yellow and red stripes.

FINISH: high natural polish.

SOURCES: All of the lumber comes from Brazil’s forests that are responsibly managed.

WEIGHT: 63 pounds per cubic foot.

EBONY WOOD

(model 18 to 21 and model 34 to 37)

TYPE: Hardwood.

BOTANICAL NAME: Ebenaceae.

DURABILITY: Mechanically very durable.

COLOR: Lustre Black.

FINISH: Ability to polish very smoothly.

SOURCES: All of the lumber comes from Gabon’s forests that are responsibly managed.

WEIGHT: Ebony is one of the most intensely black woods. It offers very high density (it sinks in water).

RIVETS (little dots on the side of the rings) are made with yellow gold. The rivets hold the ring together.

SILVER

(model 01 to 21)

TYPE: Lustrous precious metal, valued for its beauty.

STERLING: .925 sterling silver.

DURABILITY: Pure silver is relatively soft, very malleable, and easily damaged so it is commonly combined with other metals to produce a more durable product. The silver we use consists of 92.5% silver and 7.5% of alloy.

COLOR: White.

FINISH: Polish, bright and sparkling.

SOURCES: We buy our silver from Italy.

WHITE GOLD

(model 22 to 37)

TYPE: Lustrous precious metal, valued for its beauty.

Carat: 14 K Gold.

DURABILITY: Mechanically very durable. (White gold is more durable than silver)

COLOR: White.

FINISH: Polish, bright and sparkling.

SOURCES: We buy our white gold from Italy.
