We are all aware that water is one of the natural resources that is essential and important to our manner of living. In this respect, World Water Day was on March 22, 2007.

Water is an essential resource that is slowly dilapidating due to pollution and disregard for its importance. Hopefully people will soon realize that there is much more at risk in terms of health and its availability. This is perhaps one reason why awareness for its worth has been set by people concerned with the environment today.
