Lithium Batteries (Li-on) have been known to have certain limits as far as use and recharging is concerned. But a new tiny lithium battery has reportedly changed all that, something that is said to be 2,000 more powerful and can recharge 1,000 times faster.
All this was made possible thanks to the researchers over at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. The results from their efforts were published at the Nature Communications Week, a new technology that can reportedly enable radio signals which could broadcast 30 times farther.
The microbattery can also be charged 1,000 times faster than usual batteries and also 2,000 times more powerful. Interesting.
