iGo to Release Green Laptop Chargers
iGo Green Technology promises to expand its current line of multi-device chargers as it is set to unveil an eco-friendly laptop charger this January at CES. The only details of the new eco-friendly multi-purpose charger is that it will decrease the power ratio by 80% for standby time for people who simply cannot turn their laptops off due to the amount of work and succession that they have to adhere to.
Hoping to cut out on what’s called “vampire power” according to the company, the new iGo power products will use around 80% less standby power than standard power products.
iGo will debut a laptop charger, an eight outlet surge protector and a wall outlet with automatic shut-off and recovery as part of the new green range.
