The Solar Insect Theatre

Here is a great lighting solution for the outdoors or maybe even just your backyard. The Solar Insect Theatre solicits its power from the sun by day and delivers the needed illumination once dark falls. And the twist here is that they actually have living organisms to do all the work for you.

This device provides them an actual habitat in a kind of terrarium, where you can add twigs, branches and mosses to cozy up the place for moths, lacewings, butterflies and other insects and view them during the day. An access door on the side can be used to remove insects for study, and the lower shelf has several Solitary Bee nesting holes for added habitat.
