Eco-Friendly Nail Polish from Piggy Polish

by Brian Yalung on Friday, February 6th, 2009

Piggy Polish meant for kids who want to see how it feels to be a grown-up. But there are not the usual nail polish that we see being used by the women today. They are made from natural ingredients. The actual founder of these things are Melanie Hurley.

These nail polish and nail polish remover line from Piggy Polish are made with biodegradable ingredients and are free of formaldehyde, toluene, phthalates, biphenyl A, ethyl acetate and acetone. Nail polish and other personal care products like perfume can often contain ingredients like these that can be toxic to the environment.

And for this February, you can even get them free. All you have to do is join their online contests and you win both free nail polish and nail polish removers.

The contests are being run by a number of sites, including The Celebrity Cafe and Contest for Moms. Entry dates are scattered throughout February.
