If you were able to follow Back to the Future II then these shoes will surely ring a bell. And while the first prototype released was more of a concept, the actual shoes worn by Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) is set to become a reality.
Nike will be of course behind this all and the futuristic self-lacing shoes will come with practically all the features that the shoes had in the popular movie. The fastening system will either fasten or loosen the upper laces independently which should be helpful for folks with some motoring disabilities.
Nike lead designer Tinker Hatfield revealed the futuristic shoes at a recent press conference and that these advanced shoes are set to arrive in 2015.
