Seventh Generation Helps Eco-Shoppers

by Brian Yalung on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2008

The awareness for proper eco-friendly materials such as cleaning products is often overlooked and one aspect is not knowing which are really eco-friendly. Apparently, much of this is lack of knowledge on which components contribute to the eco-friendliness of the cleaning products as a whole.

But that was yesterday’s news. With the aid of modern technology and a simple software, Seventh Generation has unveiled a new package that shoppers can bring along whenever they are out there shopping. So rather than rely on that eco-friendly tag, you can now verify it with this software you can add to your handy mobile gadget.

“One of the reasons we chose digital to be the center point of the campaign is because digital is great at doing a lot of things that some of the more traditional mediums aren’t,” said William Gelner, executive creative director at 180LA. “Young moms watch TV and read magazines, but the one place where they’re really involved and deeply engaged is the Web. Especially through mommy blogs.”
