We have seen various kinds of homes, each trying to outdo the other. But this one from Hiroyuki Shinozaki Architects should be something special and interesting to note.
The playful pod produced by Hiroyuki Shinozaki Architects is fairly similar to that of a pumpkin, a uniquely shaped home which should certainly be something that will leave you in awe.
The pod home was made for a family of three, making use of natural lighting through the large windows and expertly curved ridge-like dividing walls which convene at the apex of the central arched room to provide support for its roof.
In lieu of a second floor, wooden shelves accessible by stepladders jut out from the sides of the walls to create additional space. A simple materials palette consisting of warm wooden tones.
