R4 House for eco friendly people
Many houses of this type that appear to offer the green dream, they use a combination of solar panels and geothermal energy which in turn produce no emissions and in fact the energy consumption is near zero.
The building has been put on display at the Construmat, considered to be the biggest international building show, which is being held in Barcelona, Spain. It is the event of the year for 1000’s of architects, designers, engineers, builders and property developers, where they all get together at conferences and brain storming sessions to see how they further develop the building industry.
The building itself has been put together to show off the stage that we can find ourselves at, and possibly where the housing market will be going in the future. With this house the R4 represents Re-use, Recover, Recycle and Reasoning, this is the criteria for which these home will be built.
