May 1, 2009 Is SOFT FOREST of Pasedena, CA out-of-business online too?? I made an order in March of 2009 but still have not received my products! My account says only "processing"--not back ordered. My credit card has been debited. I've emailed them, but no response. I've called them but never an answer, not even voice mail. They have a
nice website but is anybody home?!

Thanks Alison, I want shoppers to be aware of SOFT FOREST's poor business practices. BBB rating - F. Their bamboo products and website looked good but I did not check their Better Business Bureau rating before ordering.

I have had the same experience with Soft Forest. I placed an order on April 28 and have not received anything. You would not have seen the F rating if you had checked before you ordered. I just got off the phone with the BBB and that rating was placed on the website in May. I have put the charges in dispute with my credit card company.

SOFT FOREST WAS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!
I ordered over three hundred dollars worth of their towels and did not recieve anything.I tried over and over to contact them with no answer and NO reply!! I tracked their buisness location and got a hold of the property manager.He said they suddenly vacated with no forwarding address and advised me that they probably cant be found which in the end he was right!
The bottom line is they went belly up and continued to take peoples money online through their website that they should have closed but they didnt!!!
Cut and run with peoples money,SHAME ON THEM!
At the very least my credit card investigated and I got credited.
