Wal-Marts Hires a Green Initiative Leader

The cost for switching sides and acting on the need and the call for expertise will usually draw both positive and negative reactions. For environmentalist Adam Werbach, it has been a bumpy ride and decision-making process but the ultimate purpose for switching sides and helping the one of the world’s largest companies is a decision based on the call for his specialty; the green initiative needed for business existence.
The outside reactions will surely be varied. Some may tag a person as selling out or blindsided by monetary gains. But for some people there is more to life and career than just money. It is the need to help out and prove that you are worthy of that personal tag.
But in career moves, there will always be a problem trying to please everyone. This also includes the drive to go green with big companies such as Wal-Mart.
