Barnet Campaigns to Fight Climate Change
Everyone has their own way of fighting the various global changes that we are experiencing and the people of Barnet are sure to go noticed. Holding a 2 week campaign highlighting the climate changes we are experiencing as well as their thrive to minimize the effects that they have been pounding on the environment is the theme of the two week campaign that will kick of at the Brent Cross Shopping Centre by next month.

A two-week campaign encouraging Barnet residents to tackle climate change and reduce their impact on the environment will take place at Brent Cross shopping centre next month.
The Green Matters event will include exhibits and demonstrations and will offer shoppers an opportunity to sample eco-friendly products.
There will also be competitions, with prizes including Oyster public transport cards and DVDs of former United States vice-president Al Gore’s Oscar-winning documentary, An Inconvenient Truth. Green Matters runs from June 2 to 17.
