Al Gore Wins Nobel Peace Prize
Out of 181 candidates ex-presidential candidate Al Gore and the U.N. Climate Panel both are to share 1.5 million in prize money for winning the Nobel Peace Prize today.

Al Gore, 59, who was behind the documentary, The Inconvenient Truth, pretty much single handedly has brought massive attention and awareness to climate change, global warming, and green living.
Gore will go down in history as the founder of the green movement and now with wining a Nobel Peace Prize, he will be forever synonymous with climate change and progress. It is also worthwhile to note that he states he is going to be giving away a share of the 1.5 million dollar prize to an environmental org, the Alliance for Climate Protection.
Congrats to Al Gore!
