Take The Magic Wheel to the Office

The Magic Wheel

We are in an age where being eco-friendly also includes that of looking for conservative yet healthy ways to get to the office. Apparently, there have been wild ideas outside the usual public transportation that is being groomed today. While crazy as it may seem, here is a modern yet logical way of going to the office. It is the Magic Wheel, which promises to give you a smooth ride to the office.

The machine consists of one large 26-inch wheel and a smaller, stabilising wheel behind, and can take riders weighing up to 19 stone. It is a sort of modified bicycle without a saddle or handlebars. The rider has to place one foot on a platform on one side of the wheel and push himself using the other foot in a scooter-like fashion. After attaining momentum, riders can easily bring the pushing foot up with the other foot.

The Magic Wheel is now being distributed in the UK but as far as its creator, Soma Ungar is concerned, it may only be a matter of time before we see this concept spread throughout other parts of the world.
