		<description>In your article you state that according to research, drinking more water is not necessarily beneficial. Wow. I disagree completely.  There has been a noticeable change in my skin tone, my energy level, and my weight since I began drinking 8 glasses of water (at least) a day.  I have changed nothing in my diet or exercise routine other than taking in more water.  So maybe we don&#039;t need 8 glasses of water a day to survive, but I believe it is definitely beneficial.    The more water you take in, the less your body stores it.  You flush out impurities and toxins more often and your liver is given all the power it needs.</description>
