Greenhouse Gas Issue More Serious than We Think
Forget about what you are seeing and the various comments, reports and articles going around about green gas emissions. It is a well-known fact that this is a world issue that should not be taken lightly. As each year passes, the greenhouse gas issue becomes more serious and even if we do hear about individual efforts to help fight off this impending global disaster, the fact remains, the effort is simply not enough.
It has indeed reached dangerous levels and unless something drastic would be undertaken, chances are it will go beyond dangerous and perhaps catastrophic. Now that is not a good sign for all of us inhabitants.
“We thought we’d be at that threshold within about a decade,” Flannery told Australian television late on Monday.
“We thought we had that much time. But the new data indicates that in about mid-2005 we crossed that threshold,” he said.
“What the report establishes is that the amount of greenhouse gas in the atmosphere is already above the threshold that could potentially cause dangerous climate change.”
