Here is a big question that many organic eating advocates have, Is eating organic junk food better for you? since all junk food is bad for you.
This question can not be directly answered because it all depends on your circumstances, for example, if you do not have time then yes maybe a organic cookie or granola bar may be alright in the kids lunch. But on the other hand, if you have tons of time on your hands the answer changes a little bit.
The way I see it, if you have the time on your hands then why not make your own healthy snacks or just get fruits and make smoothies instead. These are fun, healthy, and the creative possibilities are endless.
