Eco-friendly Square Tiles

For most home owners, they have various ways of lighting up the usual dull floors that are made of standard wood or parquet. Some even use the default cement. Normally they will consider options that include carpeting or floor tiles. While they are at it, why not try these Flor Eco-Friendly Carpet Squares for size.

They are sure to make an impression and spring life and aura into chosen rooms. The best thing about them is that they are also made from eco-friendly conceptualization most people are looking for these days.

Price: $10.00

There’s no faster or better way to give your tired floors a fresh new look than these fantastic carpet squares. Beneath a cushiony soft, felt-like brushed surface that won’t trap dirt like traditional carpets, a pad-free, floor-hugging design prevents curling, slipping, and unsightly gaps over time. Create a stunning area rug in an hour or wall-to-wall an entire room in a simple afternoon. Covers any surface but unsealed concrete and carpet.

  • I have some FLOR carpet tiles installed in my condo and I've got to say I've been very disappointed. I love the idea of residential carpet tile. I was able to install them myself (with a little help from my fiancé and his dad), and I know we saved a ton of money compared to regular residential carpet, but FLOR’s carpet tile is simply not comfortable.
I like to lounge around on the floor to watch movies, but it feels like I might as well be at my office. FLOR’s product just doesn’t feel like home. I think a large portion of the problem is the PVC backing. It is hard as a rock. Additionally, I’ve read a lot about health risks associated with PVC since buying these tiles.
I recently bought a new home (well not exactly new it is a pre-WWI bungalow) with hardwood floors throughout. I wanted to do residential carpet tile again, but was reluctant to use FLOR. I stumbled across Simply Green (www.simplygreencarpet.com). They offer a lot of similar styles and products to FLOR but what really caught my interest was their ReMix collection.
It is a deep shag carpet tile; I asked customer service and I think they said it was over 60 oz. or something like that. Additionally, the carpet tile is backed with a bio-based cushion (soy beans I think) that adds to the comfort. I’ve ordered carpet for the house and I’m going to make a couple rugs for the condo before I sell it.
