Furniture made from used newspapers

If this item had no pictures you may find it hard to comprehend that furniture can be made from materials that you would have thought to be too weak to cope, but these images defy all that logical and just go to prove that not everything has to be made in accordance to normal thinking.

These pieces of furniture have been designed and produced by Yasmin Sethi from the UK. She has used tightly rolled newspapers to give this set a look and functional appearance which is probably not really seen in any other style of furniture.

This is part of her foundation course in art and design, but if they ever did get into the stores, do you think that you may be able to choose which newspapers make up your furniture?
