The pieces come from Flohr Design and was a result of Christian Reder who recollected the good old days when they grew too much at his backyard. Sakhalin knotweed is light and strong, perfect for this eco-friendly type pieces that should be handy and functional any day.
Flohr Design did tweak the a bit by embedding the shoots with a mixture of cold glue and wood flour. The result is a perforated texture and pattern that makes the chairs, lights and more stand out.
