Laser-treated Grain Seeds to Resist Radiation?
China has been long known to come up with various ideas which people find amazing. But this aspect of making vegetation global warming full-proof has got to solicit some doubtful minds. Making grains ultra-violet system resistant does answer ½ of the global warming issue on crops but what about the edibility that they have when applying such “protectors” in the process?
This is not to take away the credit for effort made by Chinese scientists, but they have to show some supporting claims with regards to safety as well. Sure this is something that can help combat one problem, but it may lead to more serious ones if not proven to be effective.
