The Relationship of Climate Change with Food Reserves

The chain of destruction caused by climate change continues to spread and today the amount of food that most of us need to survive are being affected. Such is an issue plaguing the whole world and while rations are being stocked up, you cannot help but wonder if this issue will indeed be sufficient.
There are people who panic buy in a way, stocking up their pantries and making sure that they have the necessities of food requirements of their bodies while at the same time trying to avoid the continuous rise in costs. Many of us call it an economic catastrophe but with that in mind, the only thing we can do right now is hope and pray that this dilemma does not get out of hand.
“Due to climate change, some crops will be negatively affected. Occurrence of more extreme events will affect agricultural production,” Cruz said in a phone interview.
Nilo, meantime, said “it is likely that climate change will aggravate the world food crisis due to frequent droughts and floods that could destroy crops.”
