Nuclear powered drinking water

Apparently there is a shortage of drinking water, but looking out of window it is difficult to realise this, but clearly there are places around that are getting no rainfall at all, which is the problem.

However as the planet is nearly three quarters covered with water then perhaps it may be useful to use some of this, naturally there is the desalination which is really costly due to the fact that so much energy is required.

So here’s the great idea from Dr Verma, from SLIET Dept of Physics, his idea is simple, build floating nuclear reactors to not only provide power but will also be able to desalinate to sea water too, now this just cannot be a good idea.
