Homes built from hemp!
Hemp is fast becoming a product that can be used for virtually anything and in some is. The main products are paper, rope, medicines and oil, but there is something else, and this product can actually build you somewhere to live.
Hemp bricks are becoming very popular in southern Europe; these are made from industrial hemp fibres, slaked lime and inert minerals. Surprisingly these bricks are fire proof, which means by using them in the dry and hot regions of Europe and anywhere else where fires are commonplace, is a good move.
