Here comes the Ecobot III

Turning waste into energy is something that many have done successfully and the latest we have on it comes in the form of a lightweight robot named Ecobot III. The new lightweight and self-sustaining robot can reportedly clean wastewater and runs entirely on human waste to carry out its cleaning itineraries.
The Ecobot III is powered by Microbial Fuel Cells and stands to help out in properly cleaning sewers and potentially reduce the carbon footprint that everyone is pretty much cautious about. Currently under development, the technology could be applied in remote areas where the robot could run off organic waste.
