Kranium Cardboard Helmets

Helmets are important for the ones who ride bikes, something that should protect your head from dangerous head injuries. We usually find them in the usual polystyrene (EPS) materials but this new corrugated cardboard creation promises to withstand sudden impacts better.
The Kranium was designed by a student named Anirudha Surabhi from the Royal College of Art. A bike accident inspired him to come up with the said helmet as well as the resilient skill of a woodpecker.
The cardboard helmet is waterproof and made of recycled cardboard. It even allows a certain degree of flexing to absorb the impact just in case and weighs 15% less than the usual EPS helmets.
