After that cardboard theatre made by the Mackie’s yesterday, we now find another cardboard-inspired piece for you with the Rapid Packaging Container.
Rather than turn to the default but lacking in flexibility cardboard boxes, students Henry Wang and Chris Curro decided to make a cardboard box of their own for easier and flexible purposes.
Their version requires no glue or tape when being assembled. All you have to do is shove the unmade box into a special square container and eventually seal it with a built-in wax seal.
The design is of course still being debated, especially when it comes to durability and sturdiness compared to standard and strong cardboard boxes. But give it some time and perhaps all those questions in mind may be answered.
