Guns recycled into Jewelry

One of the most controversial stuff we have today are that of guns, something that has become a bane for folks no thanks to the countless killings being reported almost daily. But somewhere in Greenwich, a laywer-turned-jewelry designer has been turning old pistols into steel and brass bangle bracelets which is better known as the Caliber Collection.
Jessica Mindich got the idea in December of 2011 during a conference of the Newarkâs gun buyback program which was founded in 2009. The program gave $200 for each firearm turned in and with the issue of what to do with the guns in mind, Jessica came up with transform the dangerous pieces into handy and useful jewelry which should somehow inspire folks around the world to refrain or give up their guns and have them transformed into something less violent.
