Recycled Plastic Bottle Fabric Bags from Eden

Eden takes into consideration the amount of plastic bottles which have been adding problems to our waste problems by recycling and turning them into something useful; recycled tote bags. They first collect and send the used plastic bottles to community recycling centers which are sorted by color, type and stripped of their labels.

After all that, they are washed, crushed and chopped into small flakes which are then melted and forced through a nozzle similar to a shower head to create the fiber. The fiber is crimped to add body and stretched for strength. This yarn is then ready to be processed into fabric. These totes collapse, fold and roll making it possible to always have one at hand ready for any use.
