What is in a leg? Well technically we would look at recycled wood as the prime materials but if you are a bit artistic such as Lars Beller Fjetland, then you may want to check out his neat sculptured recycled chair legs.
The legs not only offer the needed support for chairs but an artsy way of rendering some flare wherever the chairs may be placed. The result come in the form of adorable bird sculptures, inspired new designs that Fjetland has come up with using discarded materials to go with some fine craftsmanship that breathe life back into furnishings.
The packaging each bird comes in boasts that they’re “100% Recycled Norweigan Wood.” Perhaps Fjetland is referencing the famous Beatles song or the popular novel by Haruki Murakami for added appeal.
