2. Communicate via email: Try to keep all intra-office communication such as memos and letters in electronic form whenever possible.
3. Reuse unprinted paperbacks
Collect bad copies and any paper not containing sensitive information as scratch pads.
4. Buy recycled papers:
You can use recycled papers in the office. It helps to save our environment because it produces less water and air pollutions.
5. Use CFL light bulbs:
Compact fluorescent lights are known to use 75% less energy than what it takes a halogen light to function. And make sure to turn off the light if you don’t use it.
