Teens For Jeans – Do Something.org Campaign
I went shopping this past weekend at my local mall. And by local i mean 2 hours away. I live in a small town.
I stumbled upon a fantastic new campaign called Teens for Jeans at Aeropostale. I found out about the green program through a small postcard on the sales counter.
So i decided to look into it. Apparently this is a collective effort from Aeropostale and Do Something.org
“It is estimated that 1 out of every 3 homeless people in the US is under the age of 18″. Well there is a stat for you. How can you help? Easy. Donate your old jeans at any Aeropostale store from January 26th through February 22nd. These donated jeans will go to homeless teens across the US and Canada. Not too mention you will also receive 25% off your next pair of jeans.
So if you’re headed to your local mall this weekend, do gather up your old jeans and help some teens out.
