Italy houses a lot of unique and breathtaking structures but when you hear about something that takes into consideration ecofriendly intent, you know it has to be something spectacular. And rightfully so, that seems to be the case for the Cola Bow by Penda, which reportedly used close to 17,000 recycled plastic bottles to form this outdoor structure.
The said creation was reportedly inspired by the Coca-Cola logo, perhaps a reason why it was made using the company’s plastic bottles. The structure is actually being used as the main entrance for the Student Beijing Design Exhibition, a joint effort between the students and Coca Cola China.
Additionally, there were perks to help collect ample supply of bottles for the said structure. For every ten empty bottles given to the project, citizens were gifted with a full Coca-Cola bottle.
