The Eco-Friendly Bible for Christians

by Brian Yalung on Sunday, October 19th, 2008

Everyone is familiar with the Bible. It may seem like a standard book but the area of how to make one is something that can really apply a touch of green as well.

But eco-friendly bibles we are referring to how the usual materials such as paper is used. The covers can also be considered as green projects and the efforts of Renewal network has found a way to come up with eco-friendly versions of the Good Book published by Harper One.

Produced with soy-based inks, recycled paper, and a cotton/linen cover, “The Green Bible” highlights in green more than a thousand passages relating to God’s love for creation and the role of humans in caring for the earth.
